The above rates do not include 16% Honduras tourist tax payable to the rental manager on arrival.
All rates include round trip transfer to and from Roatan’s International Airport and pre- and post-cleaning fees. Other expenses such as additional cleaning, personal laundry and cooking services, phone, fax, e-mail, bottled water are available on site from the manager for a moderate fee.

Reservation and Rental Policy
A 50% deposit is required to book the reservation with the final balance, plus 16% Honduras tax due upon arrival.
The deposit may be provided by sending a check, bank draft or money order in U.S. or Canadian equivalent funds to: Daniel Davis, 1808 Russell Rd., Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1G 1L5 (roatanbeachhouse@yahoo.ca).
Upon arrival, the final payment, plus tax, may be made by check, money order, cash or traveler’s checks to our rental manager.
Refunds: If you cancel 4 weeks or more prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.
